Frigidaire PureSource Ultra ULTRAWF Refrigerator Water & Ice Filter

Frigidaire PureSource Ultra ULTRAWF is a genuine replacement water and ice filter designed for compatible Frigidaire refrigerators. The carbon-block filtration system helps reduce chlorine taste and odor along with a range of other contaminants while maintaining convenient refrigerator water and ice dispensing.

Certified Water Filtration

The ULTRAWF filter is tested and certified against NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53 and 401 for the contaminant-reduction claims listed in Frigidaire's performance data sheet. It is designed to reduce substances including chlorine taste and odor, lead, mercury, particulates, cysts and selected pesticides and pharmaceuticals.

200-Gallon Filter Capacity

The filter has a manufacturer-rated capacity of 200 gallons and is generally replaced every six months, whichever comes first. Actual replacement frequency can vary depending on household usage and local water conditions.

Push-to-Lock Installation

Installation uses Frigidaire's push-to-lock design, allowing the old cartridge to be released and the new filter pushed into position until it locks. After installation, Frigidaire recommends flushing approximately 1.5 gallons of water, or running the dispenser for about three minutes, before normal use.
