Refund policy
1. No General Returns
LogiPrep Store sells clearance and limited-stock inventory at reduced prices. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered, except where the item arrives damaged or defective as described in Section 2.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a free replacement of the same product. This is the only remedy we offer — see Section 4 for our refund policy.
2.1 How to request a replacement

Contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@logiprep.com or via our Contact page

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the damage/defect and the product packaging.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a free replacement of the same item. Return of the damaged item is not required unless we specifically request it.
3. Exclusions
A replacement will not be issued where:

Damage resulted from misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper installation or use.

The claim is submitted after the reporting window in Section 2.1 has passed.

No supporting photo or video evidence of the damage or defect is provided.
4. No Monetary Refunds
All purchases made through LogiPrep Store are final and non-refundable. We do not refund the original payment method for any reason, including change of mind, delayed delivery, or dissatisfaction with a product's appearance, fit, or performance.
5. Remedy for Damaged or Defective Products
Where a product arrives damaged or defective and the claim is verified in accordance with Section 2, LogiPrep Store's sole and exclusive remedy is to ship a new, replacement unit of the same product at no additional cost to the customer.

If the original item is out of stock, we will offer the closest available equivalent, or store credit, at our discretion.

Replacements are shipped under the same shipping terms (free or paid) as the original order.
6. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests can only be honored if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at [insert business contact email]. Once an order has shipped, it is final and governed by this policy.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issue before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or card issuer, so that we can arrange a replacement where applicable and avoid unnecessary delays.
